Concrete Solution
The DENSIT wear protection concrete covers a range of temperatures going up to 1200 °C, and ensures an excellent wear protection, because of its different aggregates (Bauxite, Quartz, Corundum) by using a hard binder. This is a perfect solution for tangential wear applications : lining of separators, cyclones, grinding mills, conveyor belts or ducts.
Its application either by spraying, by trowelling or by casting makes installation easier, with a traditional thickness of 20 to 30 mm.

Alumina Solution
For extreme wear cases, the use of alumina tiles or sintered alumina pieces is highly recommended. PA Technologies sells and applies all solutions with different tiles types, the thickness may be from some millimeters to almost hundreds millimeters. Its application is made either by sticking ( up to 250°C) or by welding ( high temperature). In order to resist to thermal shocks, vulcanized solutions on rubber may also be used/applied.
